With the rumours that Charlie Sheen will enter the Celebrity Big Brother House swiftly quashed by his agent, the annual story that former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson will be taking part in the show have surfaced again.
Yesterday, The Daily Star reported that controversial Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen had been “lined up to enter” the Big Brother House as part of £6million deal, seemingly suggesting that previous rumours that he would be taking part in the show were true.
With the headlines sparking huge media interest Sheen’s agent Larry Solter was quick to deny the story telling E! News that the rumour was “totally untrue”.
With the Charlie Sheen rumours apparently put to bed, today The Daily Star leads with the news that former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson intends to “sex up Big Brother” when she enters the House later this month.
Anderson, 44, is no stranger to Big Brother having entered both the Australian and Indian versions of Big Brother as a guest-star in 2008 and 2010 respectively. During these short visits as a guest however, just three days in Australia and four days in India, the star didn’t sleep amongst the group of Housemates, instead opting to leave the House at night.
The Daily Star quotes Pamela Anderson as saying: “I am very excited about the show. I will just be myself and have fun with the contestants in the House.”
After years of rumoured appearances will the first Celebrity Big Brother on Channel 5 really be able coax Pamela into the Elstree compound? Channel 5 told The Daily Star: “Big Brother execs are in talks with a number of celebrities about appearing on the series but we’re not confirming any names at the moment.”
